My experience with Stephanie was over the last 2 years. 2 years ago, I spent a day with her looking at house in the Camas/Washougal area. I told her that I would not be ready to purchase until the end of 2025. Over the last 2 years she stayed in touch with me. Several months ago, I was ready to find a house. Stephanie contacted me at the right time.. There was a house that I was interested in, but someone made an offer.. Turns out that the other persons offer fell out of escrow. It was Stephanie taking the extra step to reach out other realtor to find this out. My offer was accepted. I highly recommend her as she did an excellent job of communicating with me during the process, answered all my questions, laid out the process etc.. She even took my calls when she was on vacation out of the country. !!!!!! If you want a realtor who values customer service and will jump through hoops to accommodate a client's unique situation, then she is your agent. We all know purchasing a new home is exciting and stressful at the same time.. Stephanie made the process easy..
